2021 Summer - Preschool registration is open!

Summer 2021 Registration Instructions Below:

Summer Registration Instructions for Existing Parents

  • On a laptop or desktop computer (please use a device larger than a cell phone to register)

  • Login to your parent portal through the following link. Make sure you login through the "Returning Parents" section on the left. https://www.ezchildtrack.com/starskidcare/parent/

  • Now that you are logged in, you can click the "Register" button located on the left side under "STARS Kid Care - Summer 2021"

  • This will take you to fill out the registration and then you'll be all set. :)

  • Feel free to reach out (via email) to info@starkidcare.com if you have any questions.

Summer Registration Instructions for New Parents

To register all you need to do is go to the following link and follow the instructions below:

www.ezchildtrack.com/starskidcare/parent/

From there you can select “Register” in the dark blue “New Parents Open Account” Section. This will take you to complete the online registration form. 

Once this is completed you can let me know and I will go in and approve the registration. Then once it is approved all you will need to do to schedule is follow the instruction that you will find on our website here:

starskidcare.com/scheduleandpay

Thank you for visiting our registration page for the 2020 / 2021 school year.  Please read the details below before starting the registration form to ensure you have everything necessary to complete it.

Helpful items to have before you start:

​

  • Your drivers license

  • Your child's preferred hospital and primary physician contact information

  • Immunization records

  • Contact information for anyone who will be authorized to pick up your children

  • Contact information for anyone who will be listed as an emergency contact

  • A credit card for the $99 enrollment fee/$49 for Summer Registration (this isn't needed for CCAP approved children)

  • CCAP authorization information and case #

  • Please review the Parent Handbook for information on all of our operating procedures and policies as well as the Parental Release form descriptions.

Please fill out and bring these medical records/immunization forms in on your first day of care, we will need them for our files in order for your children to attend care.  Thank You! Please bring in Med Forms (provided on link below) if you child needs mediation or has allergies/needs an EpiPen on site.
